Python API for Timetric

Jacob has created a Python API for Timetric with a nice Pythonic API.

I really wish people wouldn't just assume that we already know what a "Timetric" is. Nothing here (not necessarily your bad) but also nothing on the project site either (except a single cut-n-paste URL). Is a sentence too much to ask?
